The UBC SSA is now accepting application forms for available positions in the exec!

Please note that we already have 1 person for all of the listed positions in the attached document (except First Year Representative). You will be learning from this year’s Representative so that you can do the job by yourself later in the year.

The deadline for submitting your application is Friday October 16, 2009.

Hey SSA’ers!

Welcome back to another year of SSA goodness here at the University of British Columbia!!

The entire exec is very excited to get started with some great events for everyone this semester so check them out over the next few weeks! Meet the new exec team.

UPCOMING SSA EVENTS

1. CLUBS DAYS
   • September 23th – 25th
   • 9am – 4pm
   • Student Union Building- Ballroom (upstairs)

Come meet some of the new execs and join the SSA of 2009/2010! Membership is $5 and helps pay for all events we put on…. and did I mention there’s usually FREE FOOD involved? Make sure to come out and sign up.. and bring all your friends!

2. ICEBREAKER
   • Tuesday, Oct 6th
   • 12:30pm – 2pm
   • Location TBA (in the SUB somewhere! )

Free food, Fun games, and New Friends! What more could you ask for? Come out to the SSA Icebreaker! This is your chance to mingle with your fellow SSA execs and members! We will have some fun activities for you to learn more about each other and some great food! Come out to the SSA icebreaker and start off the year right! Come hungry and again, bring all your hungry friends!
